Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.
We require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice for cancellation of well visit appointments and a minimum of two hours notice for all other visits. A $35 fee will be charged for missed appointments and those cancelled without appropriate notice.
